Classes are arranged when people request them.

Learn the 6 basic exercises meridian stretch exercies as taught Sensei Shizuto Masunaga.  Enhance both physical and mental vitality.  Through practice of these exercises, you learn to feel how energy flows in the meridians to an enhance both physical and metal vitality.
