Zen Shiatsu Exercise Series

Classes can be arranged for groups of 3 or more.  Individual insstruction is also available

Learn the 6 basic meridian stretch exercies as taught by Sensei Shizuto Masunaga.  Enhance both physical and mental vitality.  Through practice of these exercises, you learn to feel how energy flows in the meridians to an enhance both physical and metal vitality.
